The church of Saint-Etienne, in honour of the first cherished martyr, has foundations likely from the 6th century. The church has been modified several times, especially in the Middle Ages. The village of Auriac-du-Périogord, meanwhile, mixes the old and more recent architectures, like the heterogeneous styles of its houses. The route will also pass by the wash-house, the pigeon porch, the bridges "brétous", the mills, the plane trees bicentennial on the square, the croquet....

La chiesa di Santo Stefano, in onore del primo martire cristiano, possiede fondazioni verosimilmente del VI secolo. La chiesa è stata più volte rimaneggiata, soprattutto nel Medioevo. Il borgo di Auriac-du-Périogord, d'altra parte, mescola le architetture antiche e più recenti, come gli stili variegati delle sue case. Il percorso passerà anche attraverso il lavatoio, il portico piccionaio, i ponti «brétous», i mulini, i platani bicentenari sulla piazza, il terreno di croquet...

Une véritable richesse patrimoniale à portée de main. Venez découvrir l’église fortifiée Saint-Étienne, au cœur d’un village remarquable par son histoire et la diversité de son architecture.
Dédiée à saint Étienne, premier martyr chrétien, l’église repose sur des fondations vraisemblablement datées du VIe siècle. Remaniée à plusieurs reprises, notamment au Moyen Âge, elle témoigne des différentes étapes de l’histoire du village.
Le parcours vous conduira également à la découverte du bourg d’Auriac-du-Périgord, où se côtoient architectures anciennes et constructions plus récentes. Vous découvrirez notamment le lavoir, le porche-pigeonnier, les ponts « brétous », les moulins, les platanes bicentenaires de la place et le terrain de croquet.

La Iglesia de San Esteban, en honor al primer mártir de San Esteban, tiene probablemente cimientos del siglo VI. La iglesia fue reformada varias veces, especialmente en la Edad Media. El burgo de Auriac-du-Périogord, por su parte, mezcla las arquitecturas antiguas y más recientes, al igual que los estilos heterogéneos de sus casas. El recorrido pasará también por el lavadero, el porche palomar, los puentes "brétous", los molinos, los plátanos bicentenarios en la plaza, el campo de croquet...
