Im Rahmen der Europäische Tage des Kulturerbes und der Ehe 2026, dessen Thema "ist Erbe in Gefahr ", Treffpunkt für eine Podiumsdiskussion über Gastronomie und Franzosen in der Cité du Vin.
Vor 15 Jahren hat die UNESCO das gastronomische Essen der Franzosen als immaterielles Kulturerbe der Menschheit eingestuft. Eine weltweite Anerkennung eines Rituals nach französischer Art, einer sozialen und kulturellen Praxis, die auf der sorgfältigen Auswahl der Produkte, der Abstimmung von Speisen und Weinen, dem Zusammensitzen am Tisch und dem Vergnügen des Beisammenseins beruht. Aber was bleibt von diesem Essen im Alltag der Franzosen im Jahr 2026?
Die Beschleunigung des Lebensstils, der Aufstieg des Snacking, die neuen ernährungs- und umweltbezogenen Vorgaben sowie das Auseinanderbrechen der Ernährungsgewohnheiten haben unsere Essgewohnheiten tiefgreifend umgestaltet und das Ideal der gemeinsamen Mahlzeit geschwächt.
Kommen Sie, um über dieses Erbe des guten Essens und Trinkens nachzudenken und sich zu fragen, ob es heute in Gefahr ist.
Die Dauerausstellung ist während des gesamten Wochenendes der Journées Européennes du Patrimoine et Matrimoine von 10 bis 19 Uhr für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich, wobei der Eintritt kostenpflichtig ist.

Fifteen years ago, UNESCO listed the Gastronomic Meal of the French as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. A worldwide recognition of a French ritual, a social and cultural practice based on the careful choice of products, the harmony of food and wine, the setting of the table and the pleasure of being together. But what remains of this meal in the daily life of the French in 2026?
The acceleration of lifestyles, the rise of snacking, new nutritional and environmental injunctions, and the explosion of diets have profoundly reconfigured our ways of eating and undermined the ideal of shared meals.
Come and reflect on this heritage of good eating and drinking, and ask yourself if it is now in danger.
The Permanent Exhibition will be open to the public throughout the weekend of the European Heritage and Matrimony Days, from 10am to 7pm, with paid entry.

Nell'ambito delle Giornate europee del patrimonio e del matrimonio 2026, il cui tema è « Patrimonio in pericolo », appuntamento per una tavola rotonda sulla gastronomia e i francesi alla Cité du Vin.
Quindici anni fa, l'UNESCO ha inserito il Repas gastronomique des Français nel Patrimonio culturale immateriale dell'umanità. Un riconoscimento mondiale di un rituale alla francese, una pratica sociale e culturale basata sulla scelta attenta dei prodotti, sull'accordo tra piatti e vini, sull'allestimento della tavola e sul piacere di stare insieme. Ma cosa rimane di questo pasto nella vita quotidiana dei francesi nel 2026?
L'accelerazione degli stili di vita, l'ascesa dello snacking, le nuove prescrizioni nutrizionali e ambientali o ancora la rottura delle diete hanno profondamente riconfigurato i nostri modi di mangiare e indebolito l'ideale del pasto condiviso.
Venite a riflettere su questo patrimonio del mangiare bene e bere bene, e a chiedervi se oggi è in pericolo.
L'Esposizione permanente sarà aperta al pubblico per tutto il fine settimana delle Giornate Europee del Patrimonio e del Matrimonio, dalle 10 alle 19, con ingresso a pagamento.

Dans le cadre des Journées Européennes du Patrimoine et du Matrimoine 2026, dont la thématique est « Patrimoine en danger », rendez-vous pour une table ronde sur la gastronomie et les français à la Cité du Vin.

Hace 15 años, la UNESCO inscribió la Comida Gastronómica de los franceses en el Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad. Un reconocimiento mundial de un ritual a la francesa, una práctica social y cultural basada en la elección atenta de los productos, en el acuerdo de las comidas y de los vinos, en la disposición de la mesa y en el placer de estar juntos. Pero, ¿qué queda de esta comida en la vida cotidiana de los franceses en 2026?
La aceleración de los estilos de vida, el auge del snacking, las nuevas prescripciones nutricionales y medioambientales o incluso la ruptura de las dietas han reconfigurado profundamente nuestras formas de comer y debilitado el ideal de la comida compartida.
