Über 60 Aussteller:
Für den Gourmetmarkt: Foie gras, Ziegenkäse, Weine und Spirituosen, Crêpes, Apfelsaft (vor den Besuchern vor Ort gemacht), im Schloss gebackenes Brot (siehe Besuch des Brotofens), Honig, Würstchen, kreolische Produkte, Kekse. Alle Aussteller sind lokale Produzenten und Handwerker.
Für Handwerkskunst: Porzellanmalerei, Schiefermalerei, Holzdrehmaschine, Kunstmarqueterie, Polsterer, Glasgraveur, Dentelläse, Stickerin, Schmied, Dachdecker, Puppenhaus, Schmuck, Glasblätterei, Salzteig usw. (Verbände und lokale Handwerker)

More than 60 exhibitors:
For the gourmet market: foie gras, goat cheese, wines and spirits, pancakes, apple juice (made on site in front of visitors), bread made at the castle (see visit to the bread oven), honey, sausages, Creole products, biscuits. All exhibitors are local producers and artisans.
For the know-how: painting on porcelain, painting on slate, wood turner, art marquetry, upholsterer, glass engraver, lacemaker, embroiderer, blacksmith, roofers, doll’s house, jewelry, glass spinner, salt paste, etc... (Local associations and artisans)

Più di 60 espositori:
Per il mercato gourmet: foie gras, formaggio di capra, vini e liquori, crêpes, succo di mele (fatto in loco davanti ai visitatori), pane fatto al castello (vedi visita del forno a legna), miele, salsicce, prodotti creoli, biscotti. Tutti gli espositori sono produttori e artigiani locali.
Per il know-how: pittura su porcellana, pittura su ardesia, tornitore su legno, intarsi artistici, tappezziere, incisore su vetro, dentellatrice, ricamatrice, fabbro, riparatori, casa delle bambole, gioielli, fibrillatore di vetro, pasta di sale, ecc... (Associazioni e artigiani locali)

Pour le marché gourmand : foie gras, fromage de chèvre, vins et spiritueux, crêpes, jus de pommes (fabriqué sur place devant les visiteurs), pain fabriqué au château (voir visite du four à pain), miel, saucissons, produits créoles, biscuits. Tous les exposants sont des producteurs et artisans locaux.
Pour le savoir-faire : peinture sur porcelaine, peinture sur ardoise, tourneur sur bois, marqueterie d'art, tapissier, graveur sur verre, dentellière, brodeuse, forgeron, couvreurs, maison de poupées, bijoux, fileur de verre, pâte à sel, etc... (Associations et Artisans locaux)

Para el mercado gourmet: foie gras, queso de cabra, vinos y licores, crepes, zumo de manzana (hecho en el lugar delante de los visitantes), pan hecho en el castillo (ver visita al horno de pan), miel, embutidos, productos criollos, galletas. Todos los expositores son productores y artesanos locales.
Para el savoir-faire: pintura sobre porcelana, pintura sobre pizarra, girador sobre madera, marquetería de arte, tapicero, grabadora sobre vidrio, dentellista, bordadora, herrería, techadores, casa de muñecas, joyas, aserradero de vidrio, pasta de sal, etc... (Asociaciones y artesanos locales)
