Diese Porträtausstellung lädt zu einem Hauch von Leichtigkeit in einer oft zu starren Welt ein. Der Künstler wollte ein Loslassen erkunden, um mit der üblichen Beherrschung zu brechen. Hier geht es nicht darum zu provozieren, sondern zuzulassen. Die Grimasse erinnert an die Kindheit, an diesen Moment, in dem man es wagte, sein Gesicht zu verdrehen, ohne den Blick der anderen zu fürchten. Während des Erwachsenwerdens geht diese Freiheit verloren und wird von Konventionen und sozialen Rollen unterdrückt. Diese Porträts versuchen, sie wiederzufinden: die Unvollkommenheit, den Exzess, das Lächerliche zu akzeptieren. Die Grimasse verformt, zieht, kontrahiert. Sie bringt zum Lächeln oder stört. Man spielt böse, grotesk oder lustig, und der Ausdruck geht über. Grimaces lädt dazu ein, aus der Rolle herauszutreten und sich daran zu erinnern, dass es manchmal notwendig ist, sich selbst nicht zu ernst zu nehmen.

This exhibition of portraits invites a breath of lightness in a world often too rigid. The artist wanted to explore a letting go, breaking with the usual mastery. Here, it is not a question of provoking, but of letting things happen. The grimace brings back to childhood, at that moment when one dared to distort his face without fearing the gaze of others. Growing up, this freedom is lost, stifled by conventions and social roles. These portraits seek to find it: accept imperfection, excess, ridicule. The grimace deforms, pulls, contracts. It makes you smile or disturbs. We play to be mean, grotesque or funny, and the expression overflows. Grimaces invites to leave the role, to remember that it is sometimes necessary not to take oneself too seriously.

Questa mostra di ritratti invita a un respiro di leggerezza in un mondo spesso troppo rigido. L'artista ha voluto esplorare un lasciar andare, rompere con la padronanza abituale. Qui non si tratta di provocare, ma di lasciare che accada. La smorfia riporta all'infanzia, a quel momento in cui si osava deformare il volto senza temere lo sguardo degli altri. Crescendo, questa libertà si perde, soffocata dalle convenzioni e dai ruoli sociali. Questi ritratti cercano di ritrovarla: accettare l'imperfezione, l'eccesso, il ridicolo. La smorfia deforma, tira, contraisce. Fa sorridere o disturba. Si gioca a essere cattivi, grotteschi o divertenti, e l'espressione trabocca. Grimaces invita a uscire dal ruolo, a ricordare che a volte è necessario non prendersi troppo sul serio.

Cette exposition de portraits invite à un souffle de légèreté dans un monde souvent trop rigide. L’artiste a voulu explorer un lâcher-prise, rompre avec la maîtrise habituelle. Ici, il ne s’agit pas de provoquer, mais de laisser faire. La grimace ramène à l’enfance, à ce moment où l’on osait déformer son visage sans craindre le regard des autres. En grandissant, cette liberté se perd, étouffée par les conventions et les rôles sociaux.Ces portraits cherchent à la retrouver : accepter l’imperfection, l’excès, le ridicule. La grimace déforme, tire, contracte. Elle fait sourire ou dérange. On joue à être méchant, grotesque ou drôle, et l’expression déborde. Grimaces invite à sortir du rôle, à se rappeler qu’il est parfois nécessaire de ne pas se prendre trop au sérieux.

Esta exposición de retratos invita a un soplo de ligereza en un mundo a menudo demasiado rígido. El artista quiso explorar un desapego, romper con la maestría habitual. Aquí no se trata de provocar, sino de permitir que suceda. La mueca nos lleva a la infancia, a ese momento en el que uno se atrevía a deformar su rostro sin temer la mirada de los demás. Al crecer, esta libertad se pierde, sofocada por las convenciones y los roles sociales. Estos retratos buscan encontrarla: aceptar la imperfección, el exceso, el ridículo. La mueca deforma, tira, se contrae. Hace sonreír o molesta. Se juega a ser cruel, grotesco o gracioso, y la expresión rebosa. Grimaces invita a salir del papel, a recordar que a veces es necesario no tomarse demasiado en serio.
