Der Verein Acanthe, ein Vertreter des Masterstudiengangs Valorisation et médiation des patrimoines der Universität Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, lädt die Öffentlichkeit im Rahmen der 43. Ausgabe der Europäischen Tage des Kulturerbes dazu ein, das Erbe der archäologischen Stätte von Lattara im Henri-Prades-Museum zu entdecken.
Der Workshop "Antique Comptoir" bietet ein Eintauchen in den gallo-römischen Alltag durch die Sinne.
Frei zugänglich und offen für alle Besucher, besteht es aus drei Teilen: der Entdeckung von Gegenständen, die mit antiker Ernährung verbunden sind, Verkostungen, die von alten Rezepten inspiriert sind, und einem sensorischen Workshop rund um die Pflanzen und Gewürze, die in der Antike verwendet wurden.
Durch diese verschiedenen Pole können die Besucher die Verwendung von Amphoren, Geschirr und alltäglichen Zutaten entdecken und dabei die Geschmäcker, Düfte und Esstraditionen der Lattara in der gallo-römischen Zeit erkunden.
Eine gemeinschaftliche und gesellige Art, das antike Leben zu betrachten.

The association Acanthe, from the master’s program in Heritage Promotion and Mediation of the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, invites the public to discover the heritage of the archaeological site of Lattara, at the Henri-Prades museum, as part of the 43rd edition of the European Heritage Days.
The workshop "Comptoir antique" offers an immersion in Gallo-Roman daily life through the senses.
Free access and open to all audiences, it consists of three parts: the discovery of objects related to ancient food, tastings inspired by ancient recipes and a sensory workshop around plants and spices used in antiquity.
Through these different poles, visitors will be able to discover the uses of amphorae, dishes and everyday ingredients, while exploring the tastes, scents and food traditions of Lattara in the Gallo-Roman era.
A participatory and friendly way to approach ancient life.

L'associazione Acanthe, del master Valorizzazione e mediazione dei patrimoni dell'università Paul-Valéry di Montpellier 3, invita il pubblico a scoprire il patrimonio del sito archeologico di Lattara, al museo Henri-Prades, nell'ambito della 43a edizione delle Giornate europee del patrimonio.
Il laboratorio "Comptoir antique" propone un'immersione nella vita quotidiana gallo-romana attraverso i sensi.
Ad accesso libero e aperto a tutti, si compone di tre momenti: la scoperta di oggetti legati all'alimentazione antica, degustazioni ispirate a ricette antiche e un laboratorio sensoriale sulle piante e le spezie utilizzate nell'antichità.
Attraverso questi poli, i visitatori potranno scoprire gli usi delle anfore, dei piatti e degli ingredienti del quotidiano, mentre esplorano i sapori, i profumi e le tradizioni alimentari di Lattara in epoca gallo-romana.
Un modo partecipativo e amichevole di affrontare la vita antica.

L’association Acanthe, du master Valorisation et médiation des patrimoines de l’université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, invite le public à découvrir le patrimoine du site archéologique de Lattara, au musée Henri-Prades, dans le cadre de la 43e édition des Journées européennes du patrimoine.
L’atelier « Comptoir antique » propose une immersion dans la vie quotidienne gallo-romaine à travers les sens.
En libre accès et ouvert à tous les publics, il se compose de trois temps : la découverte d’objets liés à l’alimentation antique, des dégustations inspirées de recettes anciennes et un atelier sensoriel autour des plantes et des épices utilisées dans l’Antiquité.
À travers ces différents pôles, les visiteurs pourront découvrir les usages des amphores, de la vaisselle et des ingrédients du quotidien, tout en explorant les goûts, les senteurs et les traditions alimentaires de Lattara à l’époque gallo-romaine.
Une manière participative et conviviale d’aborder la vie antique.

La asociación Acanthe, del máster Valorización y mediación de los patrimonios de la universidad Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, invita al público a descubrir el patrimonio del sitio arqueológico de Lattara, en el museo Henri-Prades, en el marco de la 43a edición de las Jornadas europeas del patrimonio.
El taller "Comptoir antique" propone una inmersión en la vida cotidiana galo-romana a través de los sentidos.
De libre acceso y abierto a todos los públicos, consta de tres partes: el descubrimiento de objetos relacionados con la alimentación antigua, degustaciones inspiradas en recetas antiguas y un taller sensorial sobre las plantas y las especias utilizadas en la antigüedad.
A través de estos diferentes polos, los visitantes podrán descubrir los usos de las ánforas, la vajilla y los ingredientes del día a día, mientras exploran los sabores, aromas y tradiciones alimenticias de Lattara en la época galo-romana.
