Das CAP3000 liegt am Rande des Mittelmeers in einem Natura-2000-Gebiet und lädt Sie ein, in das Herz eines einzigartigen technischen, architektonischen, ökologischen und menschlichen Erbes einzutauchen, wo sich Natur, Moderne und Innovation treffen.
Preisträger zahlreicher renommierter Preise - darunter die MIPIM Awards 2022 als Bestes Einkaufszentrum der Welt, die FACT-Trophäe 2024 für seine lokalen CSR-Initiativen, sowie die Biodivercity- und BREEAM-Zertifizierungen auf dem Niveau Excellent - CAP3000 etabliert sich heute als ein Modell der Landschaftsintegration, das perfekt am Strand zwischen Meer und Bergen liegt.

On the occasion of the 2025 European Heritage Days, CAP3000 opens its wings and traces its history: from the first shopping center in France in 1969 to the recently renovated iconic site, committed and respectful of its environment.
Located at the gates of the Mediterranean, in an area classified Natura 2000, CAP3000 invites you to dive into the heart of a unique technical, architectural, environmental and human heritage, where nature, modernity and innovation meet.
Winner of numerous prestigious awards – including the MIPIM Awards 2022 for Best Shopping Mall in the World, the FACT 2024 Trophy for its local CSR initiatives, as well as the Biodivercity and BREEAM certification level Excellent – CAP3000 is now a model of landscape integration, perfectly inserted on the beach, between sea and mountains.
Supervision:
The tours will be guided by experts from the center: directors and managers.
Practical information & registration
The visits are free but accessible only on registration, within the limits of available places.
Each slot lasts 1h30 and welcomes a limited group of participants.

Con ocasión de las Jornadas Europeas del Patrimonio 2025, CAP3000 abre sus bastidores y relata su historia: desde el primer centro comercial de Francia en 1969 hasta un sitio emblemático recientemente renovado, comprometido y respetuoso con su medio ambiente.
Situado a las puertas del Mediterráneo, en una zona clasificada Natura 2000, CAP3000 le invita a sumergirse en el corazón de un patrimonio técnico, arquitectónico, ambiental y humano único, donde naturaleza, modernidad e innovación se encuentran.
Galardonado con numerosos premios prestigiosos, como el MIPIM Awards 2022 como mejor centro comercial del mundo y el Trofeo FACT 2024 por sus iniciativas locales en materia de RSE, así como las certificaciones Biodivercity y BREEAM nivel Excelente - CAP3000 se impone hoy como un modelo de integración paisajística, perfectamente insertado en la orilla del mar, entre el mar y la montaña.

CAP3000 is a shopping centre located in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, near Nice. Opened in 1969, it is the first shopping centre in France. Completely renovated, it now houses more than 300 shops, restaurants and services, with a unique view of the sea. CAP3000 is also a dynamic place to live, regularly offering animations, innovative concepts and varied shopping experiences.

CAP3000 has excellent accessibility: By car: The centre is located close to the A8 (exit 49) and has over 4,000 free parking spaces for 3 hours. By public transport: Bus: Several bus lines (including lines 12, 20, 200, 400) serve CAP3000 from Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, or Antibes. Train: Saint-Laurent-du-Var station is located less than 5 minutes walk from the center. By bike or on foot: A bicycle path runs along the coast to CAP3000, and bike hoops are available. Accessibility PMR: The centre is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility with lifts, ramps, wheelchairs on loan and adapted sanitary facilities.
