Die Besichtigungen werden von zwei leidenschaftlichen Bewohnern des Viertels durchgeführt.
Dieser Rundgang ermöglicht es, bemerkenswerte Stadthäuser mit unterschiedlicher Architektur zu beobachten. Neoklassizistische Fassaden, eklektische Kompositionen, geometrische Linien des Art déco und vom internationalen Stil inspirierte Bauten erzählen die allmähliche Transformation dieses Sektors von Bordeaux. Der Besuch führt die Teilnehmer auch zur Entdeckung einer Arbeiterstadt, die eine andere Facette der sozialen Geschichte des Viertels darstellt.
In diesem Bereich jenseits der Boulevards, in der Nähe des Ornano-Zauns, werden Sie verstehen, wie sich das Viertel im Laufe des 20. Jahrhunderts zwischen dem Stadion, dem Krankenhaus Pellegrin und den alten Flüssen Peugue und Devèze entwickelt und verändert hat.

The visits are carried out by two passionate residents of the neighborhood.
This route will allow you to observe remarkable townhouses with varied architectures. Neoclassical facades, eclectic compositions, geometric lines of Art Deco and constructions inspired by the international style tell the gradual transformation of this Bordeaux sector. The visit will also lead participants to discover a working-class city, witness of another facet of the social history of the neighborhood.
In this perimeter located beyond the boulevards, near the barrier of Ornano, you will understand how the district was built and transformed over the twentieth century, between the stadium, the hospital Pellegrin and the old rivers of Peugue and Devèze.

Questo percorso permetterà di osservare notevoli case cittadine dalle architetture variegate. Facciate neoclassiche, composizioni eclettiche, linee geometriche dell'Art déco e costruzioni ispirate allo stile internazionale raccontano la trasformazione progressiva di questo settore bordelese. La visita porterà anche i partecipanti alla scoperta di una città operaia, testimone di un altro aspetto della storia sociale del quartiere.
In questo perimetro situato oltre i boulevard, vicino alla barriera di Ornano, si capisce come il quartiere è stato costruito e trasformato nel corso del XX secolo, tra lo stadio, l'ospedale Pellegrin e gli antichi fiumi del Peugue e della Devèze.

Partez à la découverte du patrimoine architectural du quartier Saint-Augustin, au cours d’une visite guidée dans les rues situées autour du stade Chaban-Delmas.
Les visites sont réalisées par deux habitants passionnés du quartier.
Ce parcours permettra d’observer de remarquables maisons de ville aux architectures variées. Façades néoclassiques, compositions éclectiques, lignes géométriques de l’Art déco et constructions inspirées du style international racontent la transformation progressive de ce secteur bordelais. La visite conduira également les participants à la découverte d’une cité ouvrière, témoin d’une autre facette de l’histoire sociale du quartier.
Dans ce périmètre situé au-delà des boulevards, près de la barrière d’Ornano, vous comprendrez comment le quartier s’est construit et transformé au fil du XXe siècle, entre le stade, l’hôpital Pellegrin et les anciennes rivières du Peugue et de la Devèze.

Fachadas neoclásicas, composiciones eclécticas, líneas geométricas del Art déco y construcciones inspiradas en el estilo internacional narran la transformación progresiva de este sector bordelés. La visita también llevará a los participantes al descubrimiento de una ciudad obrera, testigo de otra faceta de la historia social del barrio.
En este perímetro situado más allá de los bulevares, cerca de la barrera de Ornano, entenderéis cómo se construyó y transformó el barrio a lo largo del siglo XX, entre el estadio, el hospital Pellegrin y los antiguos ríos del Peugue y del Devèze.
