Die Villa befindet sich am Ende des achtzehnten Jahrhunderts auf bereits bestehenden Gebäuden, ist ein seltenes Beispiel in Messina, einer Residenz, in der die Funktionen eines Ortes der Delikatesse und der Produktion zusammengesetzt sind. Das Herrenhaus ist von einer Reihe von Gebäuden und Artefakten umgeben, die von der produktiven Berufung zeugen: Bauernhäuser und Waschküche, Pfahlbau und Ölmühle, Keller, Ofen, Kapelle. Später (zweite Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts) ist die Anordnung des Ziergartens, die von der Prinzessin Lina Tasca und Filangeri, der Tante von Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa und dem heutigen Urgroßeltern, geschaffen wurde.

The villa stands at the end of the eighteenth century on pre-existing buildings, is a rare example in Messina, a residence in which the functions of place of delight and production are mixed. The main building is surrounded by a set of buildings and artifacts that bear witness to the productive vocation: farmhouses and washroom, palmento and mill, cellar, oven, chapel. Later (second half of the 19th century) is the arrangement of the ornamental garden, made by Princess Lina Tasca and Filangeri, aunt of Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa and great-grandfather of the current owner.

La villa sorge alla fine del Settecento su edifici preesistenti, è un raro esempio a Messina, di residenza nella quale simescolano le funzioni di luogo di delizia e di produzione. L’edificio padronale è circondato da un insieme di edifici e manufatti che testimoniano la vocazione produttiva: case coloniche e lavatoio, palmento e frantoio,cantina, forno, cappella. Più tarda (seconda metà XIX secolo) è la sistemazione del giardino ornamentale,realizzata ad opera della Principessa Lina Tasca e Filangeri, zia di Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa e bisnonnadell’attuale proprietario.

Le bâtiment principal est entouré d’un ensemble de bâtiments et d’objets qui témoignent de la vocation productive : maisons coloniques et lavoir, palmier et moulin, cave, four, chapelle. Plus tard (seconde moitié du XIXe siècle) est l’aménagement du jardin ornemental, réalisé par la princesse Lina Tasca et Filangeri, tante de Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa et arrière-grand-père de l’actuel propriétaire.

La villa se encuentra a finales del siglo XVIII sobre edificios preexistentes, es un raro ejemplo en Mesina, de residencia en la que se mezclan las funciones de lugar de delicias y producción. El edificio principal está rodeado por un conjunto de edificios y artefactos que dan testimonio de la vocación productiva: casas rurales y lavadero, palmento y molino, bodega, horno, capilla. Más tarde (segunda mitad del siglo XIX) es el arreglo del jardín ornamental, realizado por la princesa Lina Tasca y Filangeri, tía de Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa y bisabuelo del actual propietario.
