Alexandra Henrissat will honor both the scents of nature and sport: she will exhibit the phytotherapy of the athlete, with, during the usual botanical and historical walk, the creation of a registry of surrounding wild plants to support sports preparation, exercise and recovery.
On return to the garden, a mother tincture will be made from the harvest of plants.
Bring your notebook and a container.

The "Crete" is a former abbey founded in 1121, second daughter of the Cistercian abbey of Morimond, granddaughter of Cîteaux. The abbey had to be completely rebuilt at the beginning of the 18th century. It therefore underwent important architectural changes. After the Revolution, the church and the cloister were destroyed. The porterie (1715-1730) is in itself a characteristic building of the eighteenth century and highlights the charm and serenity of the site, purely Cistercian. It has deteriorated considerably over the past 50 years and is the subject of safeguard work. A rest area has recently been set up for the walker. The pretty bridge over the Rognon, facing the gate, is from the eighteenth century (the gate and the bridge are classified as Historical Monuments).
The Garden of Hildegard is located towards the clearing, at the rear of the abbey.
