Im Herzen des 18. Arrondissements, von der Porte de Montmartre bis zur Porte de Clignancourt, entdecken Sie die 1926 gelieferten HBM-Ziegelbauten von Paris Habitat, die in diesem Jahr ihr hundertjähriges Jubiläum feiern.
EINE GESCHICHTE, EINE GESCHICHTE.
Ursprünglich für Migranten und Arbeiter konzipiert, mit einer großen Innovation für die damalige Zeit: jede Wohnung war ausgestattet, während die Sanitäranlagen im Freien waren.
Heute beherbergen diese HBM eine gemischte Bevölkerung. Sie werden allzu oft als "Wohnungen für die Bescheidenen" wahrgenommen, sind aber dennoch Meisterwerke der hygienischen und nachhaltigen Architektur.
DIE CICAT-WARNUNG
Diese polychromen Ziegelfassaden mit ihren Loggien und Pergolen sind menanacées.
Die von einigen Vermietern vorgesehene äußere Abschottung birgt das Risiko, dass sie entblößt werden und dieses Erbe verschwinden könnte.
Dies ist der Kampf, den CICAT mit den Pariser Geldgebern führt und indem es die Kandidaten für die Kommunalwahlen 2026 einholt.
Was ist ein HBM?: Wohnen in Bon Marché. Diese HBM werden oft als Wohnungen "für die Bescheidenen" wahrgenommen, sind aber dennoch architektonische Meisterwerke.
DIE STARKE IDEE
Ziegel ist ein edles, umweltfreundliches und umweltfreundliches Material. Weit davon entfernt, eine zweitklassige Architektur zu sein, verkörpert sie avantgardistische, hygienische und nachhaltige Ideale.
Jedes Jahr (JNA) kommen Touristen aus aller Welt, um diese Fassaden zu fotografieren. Ihr Blick beginnt, die Bewohner zu beruhigen: Es ist keine gewöhnliche Wohnung, es ist ein Erbe.
CICAT beantragt die Schaffung eines Labels "Pariser Backsteinarchitektur: Kulturerbe & Tourismus", um diese Viertel zu schützen und aufzuwerten, so wie man das Zentrum von Paris aufwertet

In the heart of the 18th arrondissement, from the Porte de Montmartre to the Porte de Clignancourt, discover the HBM brick buildings of Paris Habitat delivered in 1926; this year they celebrate their centenary.
A story, a pride.
Originally designed for migrants and workers, with a major innovation for the time: each dwelling was lequipped, while the sanitary facilities were outside.
Today, these HBMs are home to a mixed population. Too often perceived as housing "for the most modest", they are nevertheless masterpieces of hygienic and sustainable architecture.
THE CICAT ALERT
These polychrome brick facades, with their loggias and pergolas, are menanaceous.
The isolation from the outside planned by some donors risks making them naked and causing this heritage to disappear.
This is the fight that CICAT leads with Parisian landlords and by challenging candidates in the 2026 municipal elections.
What is a HBM?: Habitation à Bon Marché. Often perceived as housing "for the most modest", these HBMs are nevertheless masterpieces of architecture.
THE STRONG IDEA
Brick is a noble material, ecological and environmentally friendly. Far from being second-rate architecture, it embodies avant-garde hygienist and sustainable ideals.

Originariamente pensata per i migranti e gli operai, con una grande innovazione per l'epoca: ogni alloggio era attrezzato, mentre i servizi igienici erano all'esterno.
Oggi questi HBM ospitano una mescolanza di popolazioni. Troppo spesso percepite come abitazioni "per i più modesti", sono tuttavia capolavori di architettura igienista e sostenibile.
L'ALLARME DELLA CICAT
Queste facciate in mattoni policromi, con le loro logge e pergole, sono menanacate.
Gli isolamenti verso l'esterno previsti da alcuni finanziatori rischiano di renderle nude e di far scomparire questo patrimonio.
È la lotta che CICAT conduce presso i finanziatori parigini e interpellando i candidati alle elezioni municipali del 2026.

Ogni anno (JNA), turisti da tutto il mondo vengono a fotografare queste facciate. Il loro sguardo comincia a rassicurare gli abitanti: non è un alloggio banale, è un patrimonio.

En el corazón del XVIII distrito, desde la Porte de Montmartre hasta la Porte de Clignancourt, descubra los edificios de ladrillo de HBM de Paris Habitat que se entregaron en 1926 y que este año celebran su centenario.
UNA HISTORIA, UNA FIERTE.
Originalmente diseñados para los migrantes y los trabajadores, con una innovación importante para la época: cada vivienda estaba equiparada, mientras que los sanitarios estaban en el exterior.
Hoy estos HBM albergan una mezcla de poblaciones. Con demasiada frecuencia percibidas como viviendas "para los más modestos", sin embargo son obras maestras de la arquitectura higiénica y sostenible.
LA ALERTA DE CICAT
Estas fachadas de ladrillo policromado, con sus logias y pérgolas, están menanacadas.
Los aislamientos desde el exterior previstos por algunos inversores corren el riesgo de hacerlas desnudas y hacer desaparecer este patrimonio.
