Located on the Grand-Place de Comines, near the banks of the Lys, the Saint-Chrysole church dominates the landscape and surprises as much by its shape as by its colors. Classified as a historic monument in 2002, it is positioned as a testimony of the architecture in concrete veils and the first realization in France of the architect Dom Paul Bellot.
Practical information:
- Rates: 5 € adult/ 2 € child (5 to 15 years), payment (check or cash) only at the reception of the tourist office before the visit at opening hours: from Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 2 to 5:30 pm, on Saturday from 10 to 12:30.
- Appointment: the meeting point will be given once the reservation is confirmed.

- Without prior registration, the guide will not be able to integrate you into the group. Payment on site not accepted.*

L'église Saint-Chrysole de Comines
Située sur la Grand-Place de Comines, à proximité des bords de la Lys, l’église Saint-Chrysole domine le paysage et surprend autant par sa forme que par ses couleurs. Classée monument historique en 2002, elle se positionne comme un témoignage de l’architecture en voiles de béton et la première réalisation en France de l’architecte Dom Paul Bellot.

Gelegen aan de grote markt De Comines , Vlakbij de oevers van de Lys, de Saint-Chrysole kerk domineert het landschap en verrast zowel door zijn vorm als door zijn kleuren. Geclassificeerd als een historisch monument in 2002, is het gepositioneerd als een getuigenis van de architectuur in betonnen sluiers en de eerste realisatie in Frankrijk van de architect Dom Paul Bellot.
Praktische informatie:
- Prijzen: 5 € volwassene / 2 € kind (5 tot 15 jaar), betaling (cheque of contant) alleen bij de receptie van het VVV-kantoor voor het bezoek op openingstijden: Van dinsdag tot vrijdag van 9:30 tot 12:30 uur en van 2 tot 17:30 uur, op zaterdag van 10 tot 12:30.
- Afspraak: Het ontmoetingspunt wordt gegeven zodra de reservering is bevestigd.
