Was wäre, wenn das Kulturerbe zum Rohstoff unserer ökologischen Zukunft werden würde?

Diese Diskussionsrunde lädt dazu ein, unsere Beziehung zum bestehenden Gebäude im Zeitalter der ökologischen und klimatischen Übergänge zu überdenken. Rehabilitierung ist mehr als nur eine Konservierung, sie ist ein kreativer Akt, ein sensibler Dialog zwischen dem Gedächtnis eines Ortes, den traditionellen Fähigkeiten und den Anforderungen von morgen.
Dieses Treffen verbindet die Visionen von Praktikern und engagierten Experten des Territoriums: Planer, Bauunternehmer, Ingenieure und Denkmalpfleger vereinen ihre Stimmen, um eine regenerative, verankerte und nachhaltige mediterrane Architektur zu entwerfen.
Die Wiederherstellung eines Territoriums beginnt damit, die Verbindungen zwischen dem Respekt vor der Vergangenheit und ökologischem Mut neu zu erfinden.
Die Materie denken, das Gedächtnis respektieren, den Gebrauch planen.
Eine "territoriale" Achse ermöglicht es, diese Debatte auf die Antizipation zu konzentrieren.
Diese vorausschauende Achse wird von einem zentralen Thema getragen, das mit dem der JNA verbunden ist und derzeit von verschiedenen Partnern (der Architektenkammer, dem Caue du Var und einer bekannten Vereinigung des Maltae-Gebiets) in unserem Departement vertreten wird. Es handelt sich um die Dynamik des Denkens, der Koordination und der Antizipation multidisziplinärer Lösungen, die durch den Rückzug des Küstenstreifens bedingt ist.
Wir begrüßen außerdem im Saal Dreamaway eine Ausstellung unseres Partners MALTAE, "Küstenstränge, Meeresarpents", die als Synthese des Experiments der integrierten Bewirtschaftung der Küstengebiete der Küste von Les Maures realisiert wurde und diesem Thema eine territoriale Dimension außerhalb von Toulon verleiht.
Wir haben also eine zentrale Bedeutung der Antizipation, die durch einen erheblichen Bewegungs- und Anpassungszwang an das Bestehende im Verlauf der Rehabilitationsthemen auferlegt wird.
Antizipieren, um diese bestehende gemeinsame Architektur wiederherstellen zu können, bevor die Notfälle von allen Seiten auf sie zukommen.
Antizipieren wie es das "Kollektiv Encore" tut, das im Film verfolgt wird, den wir am Vortag in einer Filmdebatte im Telegraph präsentiert haben: Habiter le Paysage.
Vorausschauend für die anwesenden Referenten und also für das anwesende Publikum: Nach Meinung jedes Einzelnen, auf welche Weise?

Prinzip und Referenten

Das Treffen bringt vier wichtige Akteure der südlichen Region zusammen, um diese Achse der sozialen, politischen und technischen Wege der Antizipation zu erkunden. Regulierung bei der Sanierung des bestehenden Gebäudes, um es ihm zu ermöglichen, zu den besten Lösungen für die vielfältigen Herausforderungen beizutragen, die unsere Gesellschaft auf die Probe stellen.
Der bioklimatische und kontextuelle Ansatz
BANCAU ARCHITECTES / NICE - Ein mediterranes Architekturbüro, das bei den AJAP 2023 (Alben junger Architekten und Landschaftsarchitekten) ausgezeichnet wurde und in einer europäischen Auswahl der 40 vielversprechendsten Architekten unter 40 Jahren ausgewählt wurde. - Marion Sebbane und Gaël Sellier, die an diesem Tisch anwesend sind, sind Hmonp-Architekten von ENSA Marseille und geschäftsführende Gesellschafter der Agentur zusammen mit Maxime Bergeret, ebenfalls Architekt hmonp.
Angesichts der ökologischen Herausforderungen setzen wir uns für eine verantwortungsvolle, nachhaltige und in ihrem Gebiet verankerte Architektur ein.
Wir sind überzeugt, dass das Bauen die Landschaft von morgen prägen wird und setzen daher auf Sanierung, Wiederverwendung, lokale Materialien und nüchterne Konstruktionslösungen, die von der volkstümlichen Architektur inspiriert sind.
Unser Ansatz interpretiert das traditionelle Know-how in einer zeitgenössischen Schrift neu und stützt sich dabei auf einfache bioklimatische Prinzipien: natürliches Licht, Belüftung, thermische Trägheit und Nutzungskomfort. Wir konzentrieren uns darauf, dauerhafte, umkehrbare und großzügige Gebäude zu entwerfen, in denen die Sparsamkeit der Mittel zu einer architektonischen Qualität wird, die den Bewohnern und ihrer Umwelt dient."
Die Expertise der lokalen Rehabilitation
Jérôme ESPITALIER (ATELIER MARE) / MARSEILLE - Atelier MARE ist ein Zusammenschluss von Fachleuten, die sich um eine gemeinsame Aufmerksamkeit für die mediterranen Gebiete und ihre Hintermänner scheren. Das in Marseille ansässige Kollektiv vereint Architekten, Landschaftsgärtner, Fotografen, Handwerker und Ingenieure rund um Forschungs-, Versuchs-, Gestaltungs- und Übertragungsprojekte, von der Größe des Objekts bis zur Größe des Territoriums.
-Jérôme, HMONP-Architekt, arbeitet unter Berücksichtigung dessen, was bereits vorhanden ist: Landschaften, erbaute Erbe, volkstümliches Know-how, lokale und wiederverwendbare Materialien. Er entwickelt eine verankerte und kollektive Haltung, um wünschenswerte Gebiete und Architekturen angesichts sozialer und ökologischer Herausforderungen zu entwerfen.
Das Engineering der nachhaltigen Ressourcensysteme
Loïc FRAYSSINET (unabhängiger Ingenieur-Forscher in der Gebäudethermik und Präsident des Vereins PERMABITA) / CARNOULES -
Loïc Frayssinet, Absolvent der ENS Cachan, promovierter CETHIL, hat ein Jahr im avantgardistischen Planungsbüro ENERTECH gearbeitet, insbesondere auf dem Erfahrungsschatz ihres Demonstrationsgebäudes, des LowCal. Er teilt nun seine freiberufliche Tätigkeit zwischen Ausbildungen und Aufgaben, insbesondere in den Bereichen Sommerkomfort und alte Bauten.
Der Verein Permabita hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Nutzung lokaler Ressourcen im Var für alle Arten von Bauwerken zu entwickeln, insbesondere für den Bau und die Renovierung. Der Verein identifiziert und begleitet die Produzenten von Ökomaterialien, um ihnen bei ihrer Entwicklung zu helfen, und begleitet die Projektträger, um lokale Ressourcen zu integrieren.

Crossed perspectives on rehabilitation.

What if heritage became the raw material for our ecological future?

This round table invites us to rethink our relationship with existing buildings at the time of environmental and climate transitions. Much more than a simple conservation, rehabilitating is a creative act, a sensitive dialogue between the memory of a place, traditional know-how and the requirements of tomorrow.
This meeting crosses the visions of practitioners and experts committed to the territory: designers, builders, engineers and heritage guardians join their voices to sketch a regenerative Mediterranean architecture, anchored and sustainable.
Rehabilitating a territory begins by reinventing the links between respect for the past and ecological boldness.
Thinking about matter, respecting memory, projecting use.
A "territorial" axis allows us to focus this debate on anticipation.
This Axis of anticipation is brought by a central theme that is linked to the theme of the JNA and currently supported by various partners (the Order of Architects, the Caue du Var, and a well-known association from the Maltae region) in our department. It is the dynamic of reflection, coordination, and anticipation of multi-disciplinary solutions driven by the constraint of backward tilt.
We also welcome in the Dreamaway room, an exhibition by our partner MALTAE, "Coastal features, sea arpents" created as a synthesis of the integrated management experiment of the coastal areas of the Côte des Maures, which gives a territorial dimension outside of Toulon on this subject.
So we have a centrality of anticipation imposed by a major constraint of displacement and adaptation of existing in the unfolding of rehabilitation issues.

The expertise of local rehabilitation
Jérôme ESPITALIER (ATELIER MARE) / MARSEILLE – Atelier MARE is a collective of professionals united around a common attention to the Mediterranean territories and their future. Based in Marseille, the collective brings together architects, landscapers, photographers, craftsmen and engineers around research projects, experimentation, design and transmission, from the scale of the object to that of the territory.
-Jérôme, a HMONP architect, works by enhancing what is already there: landscapes, built heritage, vernacular know-how, local materials and reuse. It develops a rooted and collective posture to design desirable territories and architectures in the face of social and environmental issues.
The engineering of sustainable resource chains
Loïc FRAYSSINET (Independent research engineer in building thermal engineering and president of the association PERMITABI) / CARNOULES
Loïc Frayssinet, a graduate of ENS Cachan and a PhD student from CETHIL, worked for one year at the avant-garde design office ENERTECH, in particular on the feedback from their demonstrator building, the LowCal. He now divides his independent activity between training and assignments, focusing in particular on the topics of summer comfort and old buildings.
The association Permitua has given itself the mission of developing the use of local resources in the Var, for any type of work and especially for construction and renovation. The association identifies and supports producers of eco-materials to help them develop, and supports project leaders to integrate local resources.

Anna PELLEGRNI, ABF Udap Var - An architect responsible for the protection and conservation of heritage in our department, provides historical lighting, regulatory and sensitive to the use value and transmission power retained by the heritage and remarkable buildings.

E se il patrimonio diventasse la materia prima del nostro futuro ecologico?

Questa tavola rotonda invita a ripensare il nostro rapporto con l'edificio esistente all'epoca delle transizioni ambientali e climatiche. Più che una semplice conservazione, il recupero è un atto creativo, un dialogo sensibile tra la memoria di un luogo, le competenze tradizionali e le esigenze del domani.
Questo incontro incrocia le visioni di professionisti ed esperti impegnati del territorio: progettisti, costruttori, ingegneri e custodi del patrimonio uniscono le loro voci per delineare un'architettura mediterranea rigenerativa, ancorata e sostenibile.
Riqualificare un territorio inizia con la reinvenzione dei legami tra rispetto per il passato e audacia ecologica.
Pensare la materia, rispettare la memoria, progettare l'uso.
Un asse "territoriale" permette di incentrare questo dibattito sull'anticipazione.
Questo asse di anticipazione è fornito da una tematica centrale congiunta al tema delle JNA e attualmente sostenuta da diversi partner (l'ordine degli architetti, il Caue del Var e un'associazione ben nota del territorio Maltae) nel nostro dipartimento. Si tratta della dinamica di riflessione, coordinamento e anticipazione di soluzioni multidisciplinari trainate dal vincolo del ritiro del tratto di costa.
Ospitiamo inoltre nella sala Dreamaway, una mostra del nostro partner MALTAE, "Tratti di costa, Arpents de mer", realizzata come sintesi dell'esperimento di gestione integrata delle zone costiere della costa dei Maures, che conferisce a questo tema una dimensione territoriale al di fuori di Tolone.
Abbiamo quindi una centralità dell'anticipazione imposta da un forte vincolo di spostamento e di adattamento degli esistenti nello svolgimento delle sfide della riabilitazione.
Anticipare per poter riabilitare questa architettura comune esistente, prima che le emergenze si rivolgano a loro da ogni dove.
Anticipare come fa il "collettivo Encore", seguito nel film che abbiamo presentato ieri al Telegraphe in un dibattito cinematografico: Habiter le Paysage.

L'incontro riunisce quattro attori chiave della regione meridionale per esplorare questo asse delle vie di anticipazione sociale, politica, tecnica, regolamentare il risanamento degli edifici esistenti per consentire loro di contribuire alle migliori soluzioni alle molteplici sfide che mettono alla prova la nostra società.
L'approccio bioclimatico e contestuale
BANCAU ARCHITECTES / NICE - Un'agenzia di architettura mediterranea vincitrice degli AJAP 2023 (Album dei giovani architetti e paesaggisti), e selezionata in una selezione europea dei 40 architetti più promettenti sotto i 40 anni. - Marion Sebbane e Gaël Sellier, presenti a questo tavolo, sono architetti Hmonp dell'ENSA Marsiglia e soci gestori dell'agenzia con Maxime Bergeret, anch'egli architetto hmonp.

Jérôme ESPITALIER (ATELIER MARE) / MARSEILLE - Atelier MARE è un collettivo di professionisti che si riunisce attorno a un'attenzione comune ai territori mediterranei e ai loro futuri. Con sede a Marsiglia, il collettivo riunisce architetti, paesaggisti, fotografi, artigiani e ingegneri attorno a progetti di ricerca, sperimentazione, progettazione e trasmissione, dalla scala dell'oggetto a quella del territorio.
-Jérôme, architetto HMONP, lavora valorizzando ciò che è già presente: paesaggi, patrimoni costruiti, competenze vernacolari, materiali locali e riutilizzati. Sviluppa una posizione radicata e collettiva per progettare territori e architetture desiderabili di fronte alle sfide sociali e ambientali.
L'ingegneria delle filiere di risorse sostenibili
Loïc FRAYSSINET (ingegnere-ricercatore indipendente in termicità degli edifici e presidente dell'associazione PERMABITA) / CARNOULES -
Loïc Frayssinet, laureato presso l'ENS Cachan e dottorando presso CETHIL, ha lavorato per un anno presso lo studio d'avanguardia ENERTECH, in particolare sul ritorno di esperienza del loro edificio dimostrativo, il LowCal. Ora divide la sua attività di libero professionista tra formazioni e incarichi, in particolare sui temi del comfort estivo e dell'edilizia antica.
L'associazione Permabita si è data la missione di sviluppare l'utilizzo delle risorse locali, nel Var, per ogni tipo di opera e in particolare per la costruzione e la ristrutturazione. L'associazione identifica e accompagna i produttori di eco-materiali per aiutarli a svilupparsi, e accompagna i promotori di progetti per integrare le risorse locali.

Et si le patrimoine devenait la matière première de notre futur écologique ?

Cette table ronde invite à repenser notre rapport au bâti existant à l'heure des transitions environnementales et climatiques. Bien plus qu’une simple conservation, réhabiliter est un acte créatif, un dialogue sensible entre la mémoire d’un lieu, les savoir-faire traditionnels et les exigences de demain.
Cette rencontre croise les visions de praticiens et d'experts engagés du territoire : concepteurs, bâtisseurs, ingénieurs et gardiens du patrimoine unissent leurs voix pour esquisser une architecture méditerranéenne régénérative, ancrée et durable.
Réhabiliter un territoire commence par réinventer les liens entre respect du passé et audace écologique.
Penser la matière, respecter la mémoire, projeter l'usage.
Un axe "territorial" permet de centrer ce débat sur l'anticipation.
Cet Axe d'anticipation est apporté par une thématique centrale conjointe au thème des JNA et portée par différents partenaires actuellement (l'ordre des architectes, le Caue du Var et une association bien connue du territoire Maltae) dans notre département. Il s'agit de la dynamique de réflexion, coordination et anticipation de solutions multi disciplinaires emmenées par la contrainte du recul du traît de côte.
Nous accueillons d’ailleurs dans la salle Dreamaway, une exposition de notre partenaire MALTAE, "traits de côte, Arpents de mer" réalisée en synthèse de l'expérimentation de gestion intégrée des zones côtières de la côte des Maures, qui donne une dimension territoriale hors de Toulon à ce sujet.
Nous avons donc une centralité de l'anticipation imposée par une contrainte majeure de déplacement et d'adaptation des existants dans le déroulé des enjeux de la réhabilitation.
Anticiper pour pouvoir réhabiliter cette architecture existante bien commun, avant que les urgences ne remontent vers elles de toute part.
Anticiper comme le fait le "collectif Encore" suivi dans le film que nous avons présenté la veille en ciné-débat au Télégraphe: Habiter le Paysage.
Anticiper pour les intervenants présents donc et pour les publics présents: selon chacun, de quelle manière ?

Principe et Intervenants

La rencontre réunit quatre acteurs clé de la région sud pour explorer cet axe des voies d’anticipation sociale, politique, technique, règlementaire dans la réhabilitation du bâti existant pour lui permettre de contribuer aux meilleures solutions face aux enjeux multiples qui mettent notre société à l’épreuve.
L’approche bioclimatique et contextuelle
BANCAU ARCHITECTES / NICE - Une agence d'architecture méditerranéenne lauréate aux AJAP 2023 (Albums des jeunes architectes et paysagistes), et retenue dans une sélection européenne des 40 architectes les plus prometteurs de moins de 40 ans. - Marion Sebbane et Gaël Sellier, présents à cette table, sont architecte Hmonp de l'ENSA Marseille et associés gérants de l'agence avec Maxime Bergeret, également architecte hmonp.

L’expertise de la réhabilitation locale
Jérôme ESPITALIER (ATELIER MARE) / MARSEILLE – Atelier MARE est un collectif de professionnel·les réuni·es autour d’une attention commune aux territoires méditerranéens et à leurs devenirs. Basé à Marseille, le collectif réunit des architectes, paysagistes, photographes, artisan·es et ingénieur·es autour de projets de recherche, d’expérimentation, de conception et de transmission, de l’échelle de l’objet à celle du territoire.
-Jérôme, architecte HMONP, travaille en valorisant le déjà-là : paysages, patrimoines bâtis, savoir-faire vernaculaires, matériaux locaux et de réemploi. Il développe une posture ancrée et collective pour concevoir des territoires et architectures désirables face aux enjeux sociaux et environnementaux.
L’ingénierie des filières de ressources pérennes
Loïc FRAYSSINET (Ingénieur-chercheur indépendant en thermique du bâtiment et président de l'association PERMABITA) / CARNOULES –
Loïc Frayssinet, diplomé de l'ENS Cachan, Doctorant CETHIL, a travaillé un an au bureau d'étude d'avant garde ENERTECH, notamment sur le retour d'expérience de leur bâtiment démonstrateur, le LowCal. Il partage désormais son activité d'indépendant entre formations et missions, portant notamment sur les sujets du confort d'été et du bâti ancien.
L’association Permabita s’est donnée pour mission de développer l’utilisation des ressources locales, dans la Var, pour tout type d’ouvrage et notamment pour la construction et la rénovation. L'association identifie et accompagne les producteurs d'éco-matériaux pour les aider à se développer, et accompagne les porteurs de projets pour intégrer des ressources locales.
La mémoire et la transmission
Anna PELLEGRNI, ABF Udap Var - Une architecte responsable de la protection et de la conservation du patrimoine dans notre département, apporte un éclairage historique, réglementaire et sensible sur la valeur d'usage et la puissance de transmission que garde le patrimoine et les édifices remarquables.
Déroulé & Échanges

18h à 18h15 : présentation des intervenants de la table ronde par l’équipe ALTANA
18h15 à 19h30 : Discussion articulée autour de l’axe clé des voies d’anticipation dans les enjeux de la réhabilitation animé par deux membres impliqués de la maison de l’architecture, en relayant chaque intervenant sur des exposés succincts qu’il entend présenter.
19h30 à 20h : Questions-débat avec le public
20h à 20h30 : Discours de remerciements et ouverture du buffet
20h30-23h : Buffet dinatoire et soirée de clôture : Poursuite informelle et conviviale des échanges avec une prestation musicale et dansante, ouverte à tous les publics présents.

Visiones cruzadas sobre la rehabilitación.

¿Y si el patrimonio se convirtiera en la materia prima de nuestro futuro ecológico?

Esta mesa redonda invita a repensar nuestra relación con la construcción existente en el momento de las transiciones ambientales y climáticas. Mucho más que una simple conservación, rehabilitar es un acto creativo, un diálogo sensible entre la memoria de un lugar, los conocimientos tradicionales y las exigencias del mañana.
Este encuentro cruza las visiones de profesionales y expertos comprometidos con el territorio: diseñadores, constructores, ingenieros y guardianes del patrimonio unen sus voces para esbozar una arquitectura mediterránea regeneradora, anclada y sostenible.
Rehabilitar un territorio comienza por reinventar los vínculos entre el respeto del pasado y la audacia ecológica.
Pensar la materia, respetar la memoria, proyectar el uso.
Un eje "territorial" permite centrar este debate en la anticipación.
Este eje de anticipación es aportado por una temática central conjunta con el tema de las JNA y llevada a cabo actualmente por diferentes socios (la orden de los arquitectos, el Caue del Var y una asociación bien conocida del territorio Maltae) en nuestro departamento. Se trata de la dinámica de reflexión, coordinación y anticipación de soluciones multidisciplinarias impulsadas por la limitación del retroceso del trazo de costa.
Por otra parte, damos la bienvenida en la sala Dreamaway a una exposición de nuestro socio MALTAE, "Rasgos de costa, Arpents de mar", realizada como síntesis del experimento de gestión integrada de las zonas costeras de la costa de los Moros, que da una dimensión territorial fuera de Tolón a este tema.
Por lo tanto, tenemos una centralidad de la anticipación impuesta por una limitación importante de desplazamiento y adaptación de los existentes en el desarrollo de los desafíos de la rehabilitación.
Anticipar para poder rehabilitar esta arquitectura existente bien común, antes de que las urgencias recaigan en ellas desde todas partes.
Anticipar como lo hace el "colectivo Encore" seguido en la película que presentamos ayer en un debate cinematográfico en el Telegraphe: Habiter le Paysage.
Anticipar para los oradores presentes y para el público presente: según cada uno, ¿de qué manera?

Principio y Participantes

El encuentro reúne a cuatro actores clave de la región sur para explorar este eje de las vías de anticipación social, política y técnica, reglamentado en la rehabilitación del edificio existente para permitirle contribuir a las mejores soluciones frente a los múltiples desafíos que ponen a prueba nuestra sociedad.

BANCAU ARQUITECTOS/ NIZA - Una agencia de arquitectura mediterránea galardonada en los AJAP 2023 (Álbumes de jóvenes arquitectos y paisajistas), y seleccionada en una selección europea de los 40 arquitectos más prometedores de menos de 40 años. - Marion Sebbane y Gaël Sellier, presentes en esta mesa, son arquitectos Hmonp de la ENSA Marsella y socios gerentes de la agencia junto con Maxime Bergeret, también arquitecto hmonp.

La pericia de la rehabilitación local
Jérôme ESPITALIER (ATELIER MARE) / MARSEILLE - Atelier MARE es un colectivo de profesionales que se reúne en torno a una atención común a los territorios mediterráneos y a sus futuros. Con sede en Marsella, el colectivo reúne a arquitectos, paisajistas, fotógrafos, artesanos e ingenieros en torno a proyectos de investigación, experimentación, diseño y transmisión, desde la escala del objeto hasta la del territorio.
-Jérôme, arquitecto de HMONP, trabaja valorizando lo que ya existe: paisajes, patrimonios construidos, savoir-faire vernaculares, materiales locales y de reutilización. Desarrolla una postura arraigada y colectiva para diseñar territorios y arquitecturas deseables frente a los desafíos sociales y ambientales.
La ingeniería de las cadenas de recursos sostenibles
Loïc FRAYSSINET (Ingeniero-investigador independiente en termitía del edificio y presidente de la asociación PERMABITA) / CARNOULES -
Loïc Frayssinet, diplomado de la ENS Cachan, doctorante en CETHIL, trabajó un año en el estudio de vanguardia ENERTECH, especialmente sobre el retorno de experiencia de su edificio demostrador, el LowCal. Ahora divide su actividad independiente entre formaciones y misiones, centrándose en particular en los temas de la comodidad estival y del edificio antiguo.
La asociación Permabita tiene como misión desarrollar el uso de los recursos locales, en el Var, para todo tipo de obras y especialmente para la construcción y la renovación. La asociación identifica y acompaña a los productores de eco-materiales para ayudarles a desarrollarse, y acompaña a los promotores de proyectos para integrar recursos locales.
Memoria y transmisión
Anna PELLEGRNI, ABF Udap Var - Una arquitecta responsable de la protección y la conservación del patrimonio en nuestro departamento, aporta una luz histórica, regulatorio y sensible sobre el valor de uso y la potencia de transmisión que conservan el patrimonio y los edificios notables.
