The Department of International and European Affairs at Paris-Saclay University is pleased to invite international researchers of Paris-Saclay (large perimeter) and their families to a welcome cocktail, on March 24th, 2026, from 6 PM.
This convivial event aims to facilitate the integration of international researchers and their families by presenting them with the services and resources at their disposal for their administrative support and for their cultural and social integration in the Paris-Saclay territory.
It will also be an opportunity for them to exchange their experiences while developing their network and identifying useful services.

Dear international researchers, to participate, please register by completing the registration form, no later than Wednesday, March 11 (5 PM)
A visit of the LUMEN is offered as an option, before the evening (from 5 pm to 6 pm), only to guests registered at our event. Registration on the same form.

La Direction des Relations Internationales et Européennes de l'Université Paris-Saclay a le plaisir d'inviter les chercheurs internationaux et leurs familles à un cocktail de bienvenue.
La Direction des Relations Internationales et Européennes de l'Université Paris-Saclay a le plaisir d' inviter les chercheurs internationaux de l'université Paris-Saclay (grand périmètre) et leurs familles à un cocktail de bienvenue, le mardi 24 mars 2026, à partir de 18h.
Cet événement convivial vise à faciliter l'intégration des chercheurs internationaux et de leurs familles en leur présentant les services et ressources à leur disposition pour leur accompagnement administratif et pour leur intégration culturelle et sociale sur le territoire Paris-Saclay
Il sera également l'occasion pour eux d'échanger leurs expériences tout en développant leur réseau et en identifiant les services à leur disposition.
