- This two-day Conference will bring together legal experts, scholars, and institutional representatives to explore current and evolving legal responses to climate change and biodiversity loss. The years 2024 and 2025 mark a pivotal moment in the international legal framework addressing these issues, particularly regarding States’ obligations to protect climate-dependent ecosystems for present and future generations.
- The conference will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Maritime Safety and Security Law Journal, a diamond open-access academic publication in the field of the law of the sea, now indexed in Scopus: www.marsafelawjournal.org
