Built in 1902 for the needs of the colonial section of the Nantes Business School, the tropical agronomy greenhouses of the Grand Blottereau shelter utilitarian plants. There are cocoa, citrus fruits, spices (pepper, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, ginger, etc.) and many fruit trees (pineapple, papaya, cocoa, etc.). Some exotic plants are over a hundred years old!
On the occasion of the Rendez-vous aux jardins, the team of gardeners in charge of these exceptional plants invites you to a guided tour, during which you will explore your senses to discover a dozen tropical plants.
