In a large private land estate overlooking the valley of the Save, French gardens and regular park created in the eighteenth century for a Toulouse parliamentarian. Redesigned in the 19th century by the architects Henri and Achille Duchêne on 9 ha around the castle and its outbuildings, they open onto a wide finish alley. The first part of the park follows a star-shaped plan from a round central point from which radiate eight aisles. The main driveway from the garden runs north to a roundabout on the banks of Rieutort Creek. It crosses a star-shaped crossroads of paths bordered by boxwood that delimit compartments of oak groves and leads to an old green room dominated by cedars from Lebanon. The parterre offers to the east a long perspective bordered by the old orchard and its original well. Four terracotta fountains mark the ancient crossing of the original aisles, once decorated with orange trees in bins. Remains of the basins decorated with allegories that preceded the wood of scent
