The Fertile Crescent offers a guided walk in its forest garden to discover edible plants little known or of agro-ecological interest. The trees were planted 5 years ago and give their first harvests, with associated shrubs and ground cover. Collection cereals (old wheat, spelt) are planted between the trees according to the principle of agroforestry.
