PDSP Brass Concerts // 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm

In the Malagar Park, it is the turn of the students of the Pole of Higher Education of Music & Dance of Bordeaux Nouvelle-Aquitaine - PESMD to delight your ears. The musicians and future teachers of saxophone, trombone, trumpet and horn will be led by the Epsilon ensemble, composed of Thierry Thibault, Bruno Flahou, Jean-Michel Vinit and Franck Pulcini.
The Epsilon ensemble is a world reference among brass ensembles, born in 1986 from the complicity and friendship of musicians laureates of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. It consists of four brass instruments: trumpet, horn, trombone, tuba. These musicians are also all trainers at the PESMD Bordeaux Aquitaine.

[STOP_TRANSLATION]Aux confins de plusieurs régions touristiques et viticoles prestigieuses, Malagar est un site exceptionnel dominant la vallée de la Garonne et la forêt des Landes. Ancienne propriété des moines célestins, le domaine entre dans le giron de la famille Mauriac en 1843\. C'est à cette époque que Malagar prend l'aspect qu'on lui connaît : une maison de maître enserrée par deux chais, un bâtiment de ferme prolongé par deux auvents, un parc de quatre hectares et un vignoble de quatorze hectares. Pour François Mauriac, héritié du domaine en 1927, Pâques, l'été, le temps des vendanges sont des occasions régulières de venue à Malagar. Lieu de vie, le site est aussi pour le romancier un havre de paix et demeurera un lieu d'inspiration privilégié.
