If the Palais de Tokyo, a gigantic block of marble and concrete, is not known for its gardens, this visit will nevertheless lead you to its hidden gardens, inside and outside. You will explore the community garden of Mohamed Bourouissa at the heart of his exhibition “Signal” and the sound tapestries of Chloé Bensahel made from invasive woven plants. The visit will continue outdoors in the oldest work of the Palais de Tokyo: the Jardin aux habitant which brings together amateur gardeners around the maintenance of a shared garden, forming for more than 20 years a singular community organized around a plant, collective and artistic process imagined by Robert Millin.
