Refuge for biodiversity" (LPO) and certified "Organic Agriculture" (Écocert), the Organic Garden of the Maison de l'Environnement offers a poetic and experimental response to the objectives of the garden to the natural, where a balance of biodiversity is targeted. On a surface of 4000 m2, 400 plant varieties are listed and 800 kg of fruits, vegetables and aromatics are harvested each year in favor of a charity restaurant.
