This school project initiated by the photographer and visual artist Nathalie Magrez, in collaboration with the Direction des Services départementaux de l'Éducation Nationale du Département des Hauts-De-Seine (DSDEN92) and the Domaine national deCloud brings together 6 classes from the Hauts-de-Seine department that have worked on the practice and construction of scientific and plastic arts objects. The productions made will be visible in the gardens and in the historical museum of the national domain of Saint-Cloud.

The property of Philippe d'Orléans, brother of Louis XIV, the national domain of Saint-Cloud lost its castle during the Franco-Prussian war of 1870, but retains a magnificent site of 460 hectares. It offers one of the best expressions of the art of classical gardens with its terraces, perspectives and green carpets, groves and green rooms, fountains and ponds. The lower park extends all along the Seine, below the terrace of the castle, from the bridge of Saint-Cloud to the bridge of Sèvres. One can admire the large waterfall, whose upper part is spread over nearly 90 meters in length, a learned composition of the seventeenth century, due to Antoine Le Pautre and later enlarged by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, and the large nearby stream that rises to more than 30 meters high. They are valuable evidence of traditional fontainier techniques. The main park was partly cut by the railway line under Louis-Philippe and then by the highway in the late 1930s.
