Couvent Sainte-Cécile

Founded on November 22, 1624 by the Bernardine nuns of Grenoble, the convent Sainte-Cécile was bought and restored by the Glénat Editions who made it from their headquarters and a place presenting permanent and temporary exhibitions. Within the former cloister, a monastic garden was restored in 2009\. It is composed of plants for culinary and medicinal use, arranged according to the rules of the ancestral lunar calendar and consistent with the history of the place and the region. Each square is thus associated with a zodiac sign and the plants were chosen in correspondence. The pool in the center of the garden ensures, besides the separation between the different squares, the link with the initial vocation of the place.
