The tea ceremony is authentic in the pure respect of the ritual initiated by the great tea master Sen no Rikyu at the end of the 16th century in Kyoto.
It includes the guided tour of the tea garden, an evocation of the origins of the «way of tea», the presentation of the principles and modalities of Macha tea tasting in the tea house.
The whole ceremony is lived with slowness, calm and serenity; all the attention is focused on the aesthetics of the place -garden and tea house-, the friendly harmony of the assembly, the accuracy and perfection of the gesture.
