For the 250th anniversary of your birth in La Rochelle in 1773, we followed in your footsteps in Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil and Uruguay. We looked for the adventurer, more exactly the «scientist»! We were told the explorer, the botanist, the doctor, the spy, the agronomist, the tireless entrepreneur and the humanist. We met a free man, a surprising modernity! We tell about your incredible adventure in the countries of the Plata basin in an exhibition presented in the greenhouse named in your honor, and a feature-length documentary.
