The park Napoleon III, created in 1864, is the extension of a long croissant(crescent) sported next to river. IL is the extension of the bank of the Allier in a context of rebel and wild nature assuring(insuring) everything transition with the urban plan. This park of a "country" pictorial signature of "English" inspiration, defines itself by the succession of these environmental sequences and by the simplicity of the drawing of conception(design).
