Centre of Renaissance and of Classicism, the Historic site of Cons-la-Grandville is a treasure of the Lorraine architectural heritage. Castle, prieural set(group), high stove(furnace), park and old(former) gardens train(form) a major monumental and plant ensemble at the heart of the Big(Great) Region, witness(baton) of a family continuity of more than new centuries.

Today are still in particular visible the main courtyard of the castle, the monastic court(yard) and the gardens in terraces of the priory, and especially the romantic park of the 19th century adorned with rare gasolines(essences). It establishes(constitutes) a haven of peace enclosed in a buckle(loop) of the river.
Offer yourselves a moment of relaxation and of discovery of the Fabulous Trees of the Park of the Priory by borrowing the botanical route(course) and the route(course) of the birds. Exceptional opening of the Park of the Priory on the occasion of Meetings(Appointments) in Gardens, on Saturday, 2 and Sunday, June 3rd, 2018 from 14 h till 18 h.

The architectural and natural heritage of Cons-la-Grandville revolves around four major ensembles: the Castle, which contains some jewels of the Renaissance in Lorraine, the former Benedictine Priory, whose lower church is today the moving witness of the origin of the site in the eleventh century, the Haut-Fourneau and the Botanical Park of the Priory whose «fabulous trees» have found refuge in the loop of the river, which gave its name to the place.
