On the occasion of the National Days of Architecture, GrandAngoulême opens its doors and gives the floor to Samantha Luc, architect at the Sakala studio, to present the project she led in 2025 in the Council Chamber. A great opportunity to discover this project and discuss with the architect about his profession and its challenges.
The primary objective of the project was to improve the room’s air treatment system, which was then defective. This technical constraint has become the starting point for a broader reflection aimed at embellishing and rethinking the Council Chamber, while placing improvements to its comfort and functioning at the heart of the project.
