Die alten Zentren unserer Städte werden als denkmalgeschützt bezeichnet, mit Gebäuden, die oft architektonisch interessant sind und eine starke Identität haben. Es scheint in einem solchen Kontext schwierig zu sein, sich vorzustellen, einer Form zeitgenössischer Architektur oder Schöpfung Platz zu machen.
Doch angesichts der aktuellen Herausforderungen im Kampf gegen die städtische Ausbreitung, der Erneuerung der Stadt an sich und der Schaffung von immer flexibleren und wandelbaren Räumen macht das Schaffen durch das architektonische Projekt durchaus Sinn.
Diese Diskussionsrunde wird vier Architekten zusammenbringen, die sich bereit erklärt haben, durch ihre Erfahrungen als Praktiker in Ajaccio und allgemein auf Korsika und im Mittelmeerraum den Stellenwert des architektonischen Schaffens im historischen Umfeld zu thematisieren.

The old centers of our cities are qualified as heritage with buildings very often presenting an architectural interest and a strong identity, it seems difficult in such a context to imagine giving way to a form of contemporary architecture or creation.
Yet, given the current challenges of combating urban sprawl, renewing the city and creating increasingly flexible and adaptable spaces, creation through architectural projects makes perfect sense.
This round table will bring together four architects who have agreed to discuss through their experience as practitioners in Ajaccio and more broadly in Corsica and around the Mediterranean basin the place of architectural creation in a heritage environment.

I centri antichi delle nostre città sono classificati come patrimonio con edifici spesso di interesse architettonico e una forte identità, sembra difficile in un contesto del genere immaginare di lasciare spazio a una forma di architettura contemporanea o di creazione.
Tuttavia, considerate le sfide attuali di lotta contro l'espansione urbana, di rinnovamento della città su se stessa e di creazione di spazi sempre più flessibili e mutevoli, la creazione attraverso il progetto architettonico ha tutto il suo senso.
Questa tavola rotonda riunirà quattro architetti che hanno accettato di evocare, attraverso la loro esperienza di praticanti ad Ajaccio e più in generale in Corsica e intorno al bacino mediterraneo, il ruolo della creazione architettonica in un ambiente storico.

Les centres anciens de nos villes sont qualifiées de patrimoniaux avec des bâtiments bien souvent présentant un intérêt architectural et une identité forte, il semble difficile dans un tel contexte d’imaginer laisser place à une forme d’architecture contemporaine ou de création.
Pourtant compte tenu des enjeux actuels de lutte contre l’étalement urbain, de renouvellement de la ville sur elle-même et de création d'espaces de plus en plus flexibles et mutables, la création à travers le projet architectural prend tout son sens.
Cette table ronde réunira quatre architectes qui ont accepté d’évoquer à travers leur expérience de praticiens à Ajaccio et plus largement en Corse et autour du bassin méditerranéen la place de la création architecturale en milieu patrimonial.

Los centros antiguos de nuestras ciudades son calificados como patrimoniales, con edificios que a menudo presentan un interés arquitectónico y una fuerte identidad; parece difícil en este contexto imaginar dejar espacio para una forma de arquitectura contemporánea o de creación.
Sin embargo, teniendo en cuenta los desafíos actuales de lucha contra la expansión urbana, de renovación de la ciudad por sí misma y de creación de espacios cada vez más flexibles y mutables, la creación a través del proyecto arquitectónico cobra todo su sentido.
Esta mesa redonda reunirá a cuatro arquitectos que han aceptado evocar, a través de su experiencia como profesionales en Ajaccio y más ampliamente en Córcega y alrededor de la cuenca mediterránea, el lugar de la creación arquitectónica en un entorno patrimonial.
