Jo & Alex, two alter egos who swear by fitness and cheerful pop, have put together a fitness program especially for you - but be careful, not just any program. THEIR program, in four steps, which will help you achieve your goals, even the craziest ones. Where do you see yourself at the end of this program? Aim for the moon! Be careful at the start, great, here we go! The aerobic rhythms follow one another and cannot seem to stop. The energy is overflowing and the machine is racing. Hold on!
