Daniel Auteuil confirms his passion for music with his second album Si tu avez peur, n'aies pas peur (de l'amour), composed with his accomplice Gaëtan Roussel (Louise Attaque). Accompanied by his musicians: Philippe Almosnino, Julie Gomel, Arman Méliès and Colin Russeil; the singular voice of Daniel Auteuil, its elegance, now comes in songs. The stage man gives himself, it’s pop, it’s rock, with reggae, rumba and folk accents!
Born in 1950 in Algiers, son of two opera artists, Daniel Auteuil is an actor, director, singer-songwriter and French director. Popular and discreet actor, who has become a key figure in French cinema with more than a hundred films to his credit, he enters comedy through the theatre and shoots in the cinema with Sautet, Téchiné or Haneke before moving on to the direction.
Daniel Auteuil had already approached the song in the 1980s, with a hit. More than thirty years later, he created the surprise in 2021 by releasing his first album as an author and performer, Si vous avais connu me. After having seduced the public with a first tour of more than 50 dates, he goes back on the road with this new album and wishes only one thing: to tell stories.

Daniel Auteuil confirme ici sa passion pour la musique avec son deuxième album Si tu as peur, n’aies pas peur (de l’amour), composé avec son complice Gaëtan Roussel (Louise Attaque). Accompagné par ses musiciens : Philippe Almosnino, Julie Gomel, Arman Méliès et Colin Russeil ; la voix si singulière de Daniel Auteuil, son élégance, se décline désormais en chansons. L’homme de scène se livre, c’est pop, c’est rock, avec des accents reggae, rumba et folk !
Né en 1950 à Alger, fils de deux artistes lyriques, Daniel Auteuil est un acteur, metteur en scène, auteur-compositeur-interprète et réalisateur français. Acteur populaire et discret, devenu une incontournable figure du cinéma français avec plus d’une centaine de films à son actif, il entre dans la comédie par le théâtre et tourne au cinéma avec Sautet, Téchiné ou encore Haneke avant de passer à la réalisation.
Daniel Auteuil avait déjà abordé la chanson dans les années 1980, avec un tube. Plus de trente ans après, il crée la surprise en 2021 en sortant son premier album en tant qu’auteur et interprète, Si vous m’aviez connu. Après avoir séduit le public avec une première tournée de plus de 50 dates, il repart sur la route avec ce nouvel album et ne souhaite qu’une chose : raconter des histoires.
