Journey through the city of Orléans by describing the life and the action of the brilliant student, journalist, lawyer then deputy, general councillor and Minister of Education and Fine Arts of the government of Popular Front, from June 1936 to his enlistment in the army in September 1940 during the invasion of France by Nazi Germany. At each stop in front of the places where he passed, lived, worked, will be mentioned his commitments, his work, his analyses and the projects he formulated to rebuild the Republic and that his assassination by the militia of the Vichy regime have stopped. Despite this, his reforms and projects persisted, resumed at the Liberation or later.
