Bird Walk - Discovering our bird neighbors
Take a walk in the Plainpalais district with Laurent Vallotton, ornithologist and scientific assistant at the Muséum, to learn how to identify birds.

This walk will be an opportunity to identify and list the species present, as part of a mapping exercise renewed each year, enabling us to draw an ever more accurate portrait of our discreet feathered neighbors.
Accompanied by Laurent Vallotton, ornithologist and scientific assistant at Geneva's Natural History Museum, we'll be strolling the streets of the neighborhood, attentive to songs, silhouettes and the slightest signs of life.
An invitation to take a fresh look at the places we live, and discover the often unsuspected wealth of urban biodiversity.

Promenade dans le quartier de Plainpalais accompagnée de Laurent Vallotton, ornithologue et adjoint scientifique au Muséum pour apprendre à identifier les oiseaux.

Cette promenade sera l’occasion d’identifier et de répertorier les espèces présentes, dans le cadre d’un travail de cartographie renouvelé chaque année, permettant de dresser un portrait toujours plus précis de nos discrets voisins à plumes.
Accompagnés de Laurent Vallotton, ornithologue et adjoint scientifique au Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle de Genève, nous arpenterons les rues du quartier, attentifs aux chants, aux silhouettes et aux moindres signes de vie.
Une invitation à porter un regard nouveau sur les lieux que nous habitons et à découvrir la richesse souvent insoupçonnée de la biodiversité citadine.
