The association Vapeur 45 invests the museum with a network on which run authentic steam locomotives.
Thanks to these enthusiasts, you will know everything about the operation of a steam engine!
For the Heritage Days, the Musée du Terroir is open Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm and offers this workshop in connection with the theme of JEP 2024: Heritage of routes, networks and connections.

The Musée du Terroir traces the rural and domestic life of the inhabitants of northern France at the beginning of the 20th century.
In the typical setting of an old farm with a square courtyard, the Musée du Terroir allows you to dive into everyday life in the twentieth century and also to discover the tools and practices of craftsmen of yesteryear such as blacksmith or saddler. With more than 5,000 objects, the museum is the ideal place for transmission between generations.
