Composed of more than 6,000 plaster prints, video mapping and a sound environment, the Screen Cities translate a question about the city and its representations from data.

Inspired by satellite imagery, this encrypted landscape mimics a view of the sky from which traces of human activity are activated. Sublimated by the light, these thousands of buildings, sometimes façades, sometimes screens, then produce the reflection of urban life, the echo of which was captured from the highest peak of the city: the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Strasbourg.
Credits: A creation by Alessia Sanna for the Ososphère In collaboration with Stéphane Clor (sound creation) and Alexandre Weisser (computer development) In co-production with Quatre 4.0 and Le 5e Lieu A production supported by the Grand-RegionIs in partnership with Bliiida
