La Bastide Marin is a historical monument in restoration. It is an interpretation center of the "Mediterranean Matrimony". This concept symbolizes the union between Mother Earth and the Mediterranean Sea "Mare Nostrum". Home of long-distance navigators, it was at the heart of a large agrarian space where vineyards and olive trees provided important harvests.
You will discover an architectural heritage of more than 4 centuries: a mansion and a farm. The natural setting, restored by the members of the association La Ciotat, once upon a time is an eco-place that houses an educational farm. It is also a LPO refuge composed of several landscaped gardens, secret and harmonious.
