Der Bauernhof von Gilhodes, ein ehemaliger Bauernhof der Mönche von Aubrac im Mittelalter, hat im Laufe der Jahrhunderte zahlreiche Veränderungen erfahren, ebenso wie seine Umgebung. Die Zeugnisse dieser Entwicklungen finden sich in einigen Daten auf den Türstürzen, in den Funktionen der verschiedenen Gebäude.
Besuche werden am Samstag, den 21. und Sonntag, den 22. September angeboten, gefolgt von einer Präsentation und einem Austausch über die okzitanische Sprache oder über die Ereignisse nach der Revolution nach den Besuchszeiten, geleitet von Gérard Gasq, von den Bewohnern der Farm bis zur Französischen Revolution. Gemeinsamer Inhalt: Geschichte der Orte, Organisation der Gebäude und Aktivitäten des Bauernhofs, sichtbare Spuren des täglichen Lebens.

Former farm of the monks of Aubrac in the Middle Ages, the farm of Gilhodes has undergone many changes over the centuries, as well as its environment. We find the testimonies of these evolutions in certain dates inscribed on the lintels of doors, in the functions of the different buildings.
Visits are offered on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September followed by a presentation and exchanges on the Occitan language or on the events following the Revolution according to the visiting hours, animated by Gérard Gasq, descended from the occupants of the farm during the French Revolution. Common content: history of the place, organization of buildings and farm activities, visible traces of everyday life.

Antica fattoria dei monaci di Aubrac nel Medioevo, la fattoria di Gilhodes ha subito molteplici evoluzioni nel corso dei secoli, così come il suo ambiente. Le testimonianze di queste evoluzioni si ritrovano in alcune date iscritte sugli architravi delle porte, nelle funzioni dei diversi edifici.
Le visite sono proposte sabato 21 e domenica 22 settembre seguite da un'esposizione e da scambi sulla lingua occitana o sugli eventi che hanno fatto seguito alla Rivoluzione secondo gli orari di visita, animati da Gérard Gasq, discendente degli occupanti della fattoria alla Rivoluzione Francese. Contenuto comune: storia dei luoghi, organizzazione degli edifici e delle attività della fattoria, testimonianze visibili della vita quotidiana.

Antigua granja de los monjes de Aubrac en la Edad Media, la granja de Gilhodes ha sufrido múltiples evoluciones a lo largo de los siglos, al igual que su entorno. Los testimonios de estas evoluciones se encuentran en algunas fechas inscritas en los dinteles de las puertas, en las funciones de los diferentes edificios.
Se proponen visitas el sábado 21 y el domingo 22 de septiembre seguidas de una exposición e intercambios sobre la lengua occitana o sobre los acontecimientos que han seguido a la Revolución según los horarios de visita, animados por Gérard Gasq, descendiente de los ocupantes de la granja a la Revolución Francesa. Contenido común: historia de los lugares, organización de los edificios y de las actividades de la granja, huellas visibles testimonios de la vida cotidiana.
