Für die Griechen von Massalia war das Zinn unverzichtbar für die Herstellung der Bronze, die wiederum für die Produktion der Waffen notwendig war. Großbritannien, gelegen an der untergehenden Sommersonne, stellte damals ein rettendes Territorium dar. Um dorthin zu gelangen, musste man schnell und sicher das heutige Frankreich durchqueren, dank der Eselsäulen, die auf festgelegten Wegen folgten.
Zwischen dem Gardon und der Cèze würde eine Hügelroute die Cevennen und dann das Zentralmassiv erreichen, bis zum griechischen Markt von Emporime, zur Planèze von Murat im Cantal und zur griechischen Furt von Stalapos auf dem Alagnon, bevor man den großen Abstecher des Plomb du Cantal vermeidet.
Die Konferenz wird sich auch mit der Erhaltung großer Platten in einem Lehmgebiet sowie der Wiederherstellung von 200 m ehemals gepflügten Wegen auf dem Wanderweg PR 36 im Gard befassen.

For the Greeks of Massalia, tin was essential to the manufacture of bronze, itself necessary for the production of weapons. Britain, located in the setting of the summer sun, then represented a saving territory. To reach her, it was necessary to cross quickly and safely the current France, thanks to columns of donkeys taking established paths.
Between the Gardon and the Cèze, a ridge route would reach the Cévennes then the Massif Central, to the Greek market of Emporime, the Planèze de Murat in the Cantal, and the Greek ford of Stalapos on the Alagnon, before avoiding the great detour of the Plomb du Cantal.
The conference will also address the preservation of large slabs laid out in a clay area, as well as the restoration of 200m of previously plowed tracks, located on the PR 36 hiking trail in the Gard.

Per i greci di Massalia, lo stagno era indispensabile alla fabbricazione del bronzo, necessario a sua volta alla produzione delle armi. La Gran Bretagna, situata al tramonto del sole estivo, rappresentava allora un territorio salvifico. Per raggiungerla, bisognava attraversare rapidamente e in sicurezza l'attuale Francia, grazie a colonne di asini che prendevano strade prestabilite.
Tra il Gardon e la Cèze, un percorso crinale avrebbe raggiunto le Cevenne e poi il Massiccio Centrale, fino al mercato greco di Emporime, alla Planèze di Murat nel Cantal, e al gué greco di Stalapos sull'Alagnon, prima di evitare la grande deviazione del Plomb du Cantal.
La conferenza affronterà anche la conservazione di grandi lastre costruite in una zona argillosa, nonché il ripristino di 200 metri di pista un tempo arata, situati sul sentiero escursionistico PR 36 del Gard.

Pour les Grecs de Massalia, l’étain était indispensable à la fabrication du bronze, lui-même nécessaire à la production des armes. La Grande-Bretagne, située au soleil couchant d’été, représentait alors un territoire salvateur. Pour la rejoindre, il fallait traverser rapidement et en sécurité l’actuelle France, grâce à des colonnes d’ânes empruntant des chemins établis.
Entre le Gardon et la Cèze, un itinéraire de crête gagnerait les Cévennes puis le Massif central, jusqu’au marché grec d’Emporime, à la Planèze de Murat dans le Cantal, et au gué grec de Stalapos sur l’Alagnon, avant d’éviter le grand détour du Plomb du Cantal.
La conférence abordera également la préservation de grandes dalles aménagées dans une zone argileuse, ainsi que la restauration de 200m de voie autrefois labourés, situés sur le sentier de randonnée PR 36 du Gard.

Para los griegos de Massalia, el estaño era indispensable para la fabricación del bronce, a su vez necesario para la producción de las armas. Gran Bretaña, situada bajo el sol poniente del verano, representaba entonces un territorio salvador. Para llegar a ella, era necesario atravesar rápida y segura la actual Francia, gracias a columnas de burros que tomaban caminos establecidos.
Entre el Gardon y la Cèze, una ruta de cresta llegaría a las Cevenas y luego al Macizo Central, hasta el mercado griego de Emporime, en la Planécie de Murat en el Cantal, y al vado griego de Stalapos en el Alagnon, antes de evitar el gran desvío del Plomb du Cantal.
La conferencia abordará también la preservación de grandes losas construidas en una zona arcillosa, así como la restauración de 200 m de vía anteriormente labradas, situadas en el sendero de senderismo PR 36 del Gard.
