Located at the entrance of the Caronte channel, the fort of Bouc raises its monumental square tower and its ramparts on an old rocky islet. Since 1993, it is owned by the city of Martigues which has restored it. The commented crossing of the channel and the visit of the fort make it possible to understand this site as much from the geographical point of view, as from the historical and patrimonial.
