An old trade of the 1950s
At 36 avenue Albert de Mun, is a building with typical architecture of the Reconstruction. Built in 1954 with the aid of war damage compensation granted by the State, this building was designed around a residential space, manufacturing workshops and a store dedicated to contemporary furniture. It now houses Le Jardin, a collective eco-place. As part of the European Heritage Days, it is revealed during a tour commented by the founders and residents of the place. The opportunity to discover the history and news of this space, dedicated to creation since its construction. Today, Le Jardin is an ecosystem dedicated to creation and sharing, bringing together offices for entrepreneurs, shops and a canteen. By crossing the doors of this alternative place, everyone is invited to think, produce, consume differently, and more broadly dream, imagine, feed… to create new landscapes of the living.
