Guided tours from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday at the Chapelle Saint-Georges. Apart from these crenneaux, the chapel is open to visitors.

Guided tours from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday at the Chapelle Saint-Georges. Apart from these crenneaux, the chapel is free to visit. The chapels Sainte-Anne, Saint-Yves and the churches of Guémené-Penfao, Beslé-sur-vilaine and Guénouvry will be free to visit all weekend.

The chapel of the priory of Penfao (destroyed before 1940) belonging to the Augustinian abbey N-D of Paimpont , "Saint-Georges" is an example, rare in the Loire-Atlantique, of rural religious building (second half of the XVIIs. essentially). Neglected" by the restorers of the XIX and XX s because of the reconstruction of the nearby church of Guénouvry in 1846 . BIBLIOGRAPHY: 1986, S. Babin " Le pays de Gueméné-Penfao". 2000: M-P Guérin "La paroisse de G-P au XIX" in "Enquêtes et documents" HISTORY: prieuré d'origine médiévale. Peu d'archives retrouvées à ce jour. Several confessions of the 1670s (A.D.44: B793) mention "the house of the priory of about 60 feet, another house in front, a garden in the back towards midy, the chapel with its bell tower and the cemetery in front of icelle.".
