The Batejade estate warmly opens its doors to school groups on the occasion of the event «Raise your eyes!». Students will have the opportunity to visit the silk factory, explore the mulberry trees on the estate, and watch an informative video on silkworm farming, before participating in a captivating art workshop. On the program, a visit to the mulberry trees during which we will retrace the fascinating history of silkworms. This will take place in the magnanerie of the estate, with a short explanatory video, followed by a collage and drawing workshop led by Pascale Seassau, certified painter, expert in interventions with schools. Classes will be moved on foot.
