Minoterie was built in 1908 on the site of four foulon and millstone mills by brothers Gaston and Arthur Huchet. On the ground floor, five Rose Frères devices are aligned (grinders and converters). On the first floor you will find a wheat brush, a sound brush and a flail scale. On the second floor you will see a planshister and a cylindrical flour chamber. All equipment and equipment have been installed in perfect condition since the shutdown in 1982.
The guided tour is made by the sixth generation of the Huchet brothers.
