The festival «Les Assises Debout «of the TELA network (third-place creusois) takes place on September 14, 15 and 16.
On Saturday, September 16, from 10:30 to 12:00, the «circuit des communs» offers a guided tour of the exhibitions on site (at the Digital Hardware Store and the Guéret library) of the Creusois third places: the village of Masgot, the Alzire, the space café, the Chai; the ideas shop, the Icelle house.
