In the heart of the Saint-Saturnin Priory, Chevreuse

On the occasion of these 2023 Heritage Days, the Grataloup Museum invites you to discover the history of the Saint-Saturnin Priory, a 10th century building, located in the heart of the historic centre of the city of Chevreuse.
Thanks to a podcast available by flashcode (smartphone headphones recommended), the Grataloup Museum offers you a journey through the centuries.
You can also discover the history of the magnificent stained glass windows of the Saint-Saturnin Priory, made in 2011 by the visual artist Grataloup in collaboration with the Loire workshops (Chartres), as well as the exhibition "Les Arbres m'ont dit" through an exceptional guided tour, led by the artist’s own wife, Milena.
A sound and light, projected on the vaults of the priory, will close this unforgettable moment.

Priory of the 10th century located in the historic heart of the city of Chevreuse. The GRATALOUP Museum is housed in the Priory Chapel, the only surviving part of the Saint-Saturnin Priory. It is possible to listen to the history of the place by scanning a flash code leading to a musical podcast on the history of the place.
