Inaugurated a first time in 1888 as Laundry of Foundation Galliera, this elegant building(ship) of six floors was transformed into media library in 2006, alloying modernity and industrial architecture of the XIXth century. Its renovation by architect's cabinet(office) restored life in this place abandoned since the arrival of the modern machines and which has since summer registered on the additional inventory of Historic monuments.
