The training center of the CGT baptized center Benoît Frachon in 1975, is installed on the site of the former mill of Courcelle which remains today only the «Manor» which has undergone transformations over time. In 1948, the CGT acquired it and transformed it into a centre dedicated to union education, organizing courses and evening or weekend classes, in a green setting sublimated by several works of art, in which were built various buildings with the resolutely original architecture intended for the reception of the trainees.
