Auf ihrem "Vélo-Guinguette Mobile" angekommen, erzählt uns die Zeitungsführerin Elsa Swing die verrückte Geschichte der französischen Bälle von 1900 bis 50 Jahren. Durch 4 Akte lädt Elsa Swing mit ihrem Partner Lee Roy alle Teilnehmer zu 4 Tanzeinweihungen ein: Walzer, dann Charleston, Swing und schließlich Rock'n Roll! Eine Zeitreise, um dieses choreografische Erbe zu vermitteln und lebendig zu halten.
