In partnership with the French Federation of Vintage Vehicles (FFVE) The Château de Fontainebleau renews its partnership with the French Federation of Vintage Vehicles (FFVE) and presents an unprecedented exhibition of twenty vehicles of the brand FACEL VEGA, French brand of prestigious automobiles, symbol of French grand tourism with the fastest 4-seater coupe in the world that can reach a speed of more than 240 km/ h. A medium-displacement sports car, the Facellia, intended to compete with the Italian, English and German models was even offered in the catalog. This exhibition aims to highlight a part of the French automotive heritage through this disappeared brand that marked its time from 1954 to 1964.

Palace with 1,500 rooms spread out in the heart of 130 hectares of park and gardens. Residence of the French sovereigns since the 12th century, entirely rebuilt by François I who kept only the keep formerly inhabited by King Saint Louis, and had a sumptuous interior decoration executed by Italian artists under the direction of Rosso and the Primatice (group of artists known as the Fontainebleau School). Notably enlarged by Henri IV, modified from the seventeenth to the nineteenth centuries by his successors, who partly destroyed the decoration of the sixteenth century.
