From a selection of archival photographs, the presence of sport in the city of Asnières-sur-Seine between 1886 and 1990 will be presented to the curious.
In addition to photographs, plans and trophies won by athletes and sports associations from Asniére will be presented to present the variety of our archives through this exhibition. Many different subjects are addressed as well as sports activities, the first gymnastics societies, competitions but also infrastructures dedicated to sports practices and their impacts on the urban landscape.
