Opening of the exhibition: «Writing/Painting: Crossing-free» followed by a reading “Five poets - Gérard Cartier, Sophie Loizeau, Hervé Martin, Anne Segal and Gérard Noiret - joined me during my residency at the library (from September 2022 to June 2023) to create paintings and writings around a theme: “Crossing – freeing oneself”. A way of highlighting the essential links that exist between painting and writing, in an artistic and aesthetic encounter. All the drawings, paintings and texts will be exhibited in the library, where the poets will read their recent texts. It will also be an opportunity to show the works produced throughout this artist residency.” Dominique Lardeux 4 p.m. – Free admission
